Maintaining trust and respect
Trust is a cornerstone of our corporate mission and the success of our business depends on it. P&G is committed to maintaining your trust by protecting the personal information that we collect and use.
The policies on this page describe how P&G, and our affiliated companies and subsidiaries, use and protect the personal information we collect. P&G may collect information from you directly, such as when you apply for a job at P&G or register for an email program on one of our consumer websites; collect information as you use our websites, mobile applications or view online content; or collect information from other sources, such as commercially available sources.
P&G’s policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personal information are consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws, as well as internationally accepted privacy principles.
We respect your privacy. Please contact us if you have questions regarding P&G’s privacy practices, if you wish to unsubscribe from P&G communications, or if you wish to access or update the information you provide to P&G.
P&G self-certifies compliance with the U.S.-EU and Swiss Safe Harbor Program.

Certain individuals may attempt to obtain your personal financial information by suggesting you will experience an unfortunate event, or miss an opportunity such as a prize or an award, if you don’t supply them with your personal information immediately. Do not provide financial information to anyone calling or emailing you. Unless you initiated the contact, never provide personal information, including your Social Security Number, bank account details, credit card number or passwords over the phone, email, or internet.
P&G does not contact individuals to request their personal information. And we will never send you an email or call you claiming we’ve lost your records or are updating them. If you are unsure whether a P&G communication is legitimate, go to the company’s website by directly typing in the website address instead of using any link provided in the email. If in doubt, a safe alternative is to contact P&G directly.
Increasingly, fraudsters prefer wire transfers as the method of payment for numerous consumer fake-check scams. P&G will never send you a check and simultaneously ask you to send back a portion of that money via wire transfer or cash delivery service. Additionally, P&G will never enter you into a promotion such as a contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway without your express consent. If you win a promotional prize, P&G will not charge you a fee to send the prize to you.
