Chief Executive Officer, Health Care

Jennifer leads P&G’s global Health Care business, which encompasses the company’s Oral Care and Personal Health Care businesses and makes up 14% of P&G’s net sales. This includes a portfolio of billiondollar-plus properties under Crest, Oral-B and Vicks – along with many other well-known brands such as Metamucil, Pepto-Bismol, Fixodent and Neurobion. Consumer Health is among the largest industries in which P&G competes, with retail sales exceeding $300 billion and elevated consumer interest in self-care and wellness.

Previously, Jennifer led P&G’s global Feminine Care businesses, serving consumers from puberty through menopause in nearly 120 countries. Under her leadership, the business accelerated share and category growth across markets and delivered double-digit Operating Total Shareholder Return. She and her teams expanded the business size and portfolio with the acquisition of This is L., which resulted in P&G’s U.S. leadership in the fast-growing naturals segment.

Jennifer’s 20 years of sales management included leading a P&G’s global Costco business where she accelerated growth through innovation and external partnerships. She subsequently led the U.S. Market Strategy and Planning organization for the Beauty, Health Care, Oral Care and Grooming categories. Jennifer is a transformative leader with a passion for serving consumers, who aims high and inspires her teams with a compelling vision and clear strategic plan.

One of Jennifer’s core beliefs is that anything is possible with a diverse team and an inclusive culture. She is active both personally and professionally in the pursuit of racial and gender equality. Beyond her responsibilities leading Health Care, Jennifer also serves as executive sponsor of P&G’s U.S. Hispanic Network. She is known as a catalyst for positive social change both within P&G and in the community.

A native of Westwood, New Jersey, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University. She and her family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
