April Cielica leads Global Business Services (GBS), which operates and supports the infrastructure, operations, systems, and shared services that run P&G. GBS also discovers, develops, and implements technologies to accelerate and advance the work of P&G brands.

Under April’s leadership, a vast network of more than 6,000 employees collaborate with one another and dozens of strategic partners around the world to disruptively grow the business, maximize efficiency, and drive scale.

Since joining P&G in 1995, April has run organizations and led transformations in many different countries, notably Japan, Poland, Romania and the United States. Over the course of her career, she has held multidisciplinary roles where she learned functional skills from Product Supply, Finance, and Information Technology. With a passion for leveraging technology and data to deliver business value, she has also led numerous digital transformations. She champions the use of data as an essential asset for future growth.

April is also passionate about role modeling healthy work/life effectiveness techniques and is an advocate for many equality and inclusion efforts. She is currently building non-traditional pipelines into P&G’S STEM IT roles; pipelines such as the P&G reLaunch program, the PG Tech High School internship program, the Neurodiversity program, the P&G Veterans program and more.
