This month, nearly 250 attendees from 60 transportation carriers and 10 logistics providers convened at Procter & Gamble's inaugural North America Logistics Summit — bringing to life P&G’s ‘One Supply Chain’ vision of creating a seamless and integrated process that’s driven by collaboration, data sharing and joint decision-making.

This year’s event continued our industry-leading tradition of recognizing our carrier community, while expanding the stakeholder audience to include warehousing, co-packing and innovative suppliers. By bringing our supply chain carriers and suppliers together for a joint Summit, we’re working to ensure connectivity between key partners across critical transportation and warehousing components, which is essential for meeting consumer demands in today’s dynamic market.

The Summit celebrated our partners' collective efforts and emphasized the importance of an action-oriented approach to achieving our goals. Leadership highlighted the necessity of a holistic supply chain management strategy that integrates sourcing, production, distribution and customer delivery. A highlight of the event was the presentation of the carrier driver and third-party logistics operator awards, recognizing the dedication of those who contribute to making our supply chain a true competitive advantage.
