Josette Floyd — Building Connections and Driving Growth

Josette embodies the P&G value of personal connection. With a remarkable career spanning over 18 roles at the company, she understands the importance of knowing your team and cultivating a supportive environment. Her leadership of P&G’s Innovative Selling Coverage (ISC) team has resulted in impressive growth, doubling the urban market business — a testament to her ability to empower her team to achieve their best. Josette's dedication to supporting Black talent through mentorship and community building reflects our commitment to create opportunities for everyone to thrive at P&G.

Trevor Hutchinson — Championing #DisabilityConfidence

Trevor's career at P&G exemplifies the power of support and inclusion. In his 26 years at the company, Trevor’s personal journey with disability has inspired him to champion #DisabilityConfidence at P&G. His leadership has helped triple employee self-identification rates and cultivate a culture where individuals of all abilities have the opportunity to thrive and progress in their careers. Trevor’s work demonstrates the impact that creating a safe and empowering environment for employees with disabilities can have and the importance of diverse perspectives in driving innovation.

Ranya Shamoon — Creating a Welcoming World, One Baby at a Time

Ranya's journey from a young university graduate in Greece to the transformative leader of P&G’s Baby Care Europe business is a powerful example of how inclusive environments can empower individuals to reach their full potential. Today, Ranya continues paying it forward by building diverse teams and championing unique perspectives that unlock innovative solutions to serve every baby and those who care for them. This includes NaviLens technology that improves accessibility for visually impaired consumers. Fueled by her own experience at P&G, Ranya’s continued focus on welcoming and inclusive teams helps to shape a better future for our smallest consumers.

Sarah Tickle — The Power of Self-Discovery

Sarah's passion for self-development and understanding has made a tangible impact on our employees' personal and professional growth. Her leadership in introducing tools such as training on gender in the workplace, type coach training, and Cloverleaf has fostered a culture of self-discovery and empathy, which helps create a company where everyone can show up as their authentic selves. Sarah's belief that Equality & Inclusion is a shared responsibility reflects our value that inclusion is everyone’s business at P&G, as well as our work to create an inclusive workplace so that we can all thrive, together.
