Pampers Introduces the World’s Tiniest Diaper for the Tiniest Fighters

This is the fourth and smallest preemie diaper in the Pampers Preemie Collection, designed in collaboration with leading medical authorities; NICU professionals; and P&G’s team of nurses, scientists and designers.

More than a product introduction, the Swaddlers Pxxs diaper is a testament to Pampers’ legacy of care and innovation in preemie support. Preterm birth remains a significant challenge, affecting more than 360,000 babies and their families in the U.S. each year. More than a smaller version of a Pampers diaper, Pxxs diapers are handcrafted with meticulous detail for the unique challenges of caring for infants born under 500 grams.
