Pampers Swaddlers Size Pxxs is the World’s Tiniest Diaper

More than a product introduction, the Swaddlers Pxxs diaper is a testament to Pampers’ legacy of care and innovation in preemie support. Preterm birth remains a significant challenge, affecting more than 360,000 babies and their families in the U.S. each year. Pampers has long been at the forefront of neonatal care as the first brand to partner with neonatal intensive care units and the first to develop preemie diapers. For over 50 years, we’ve been the #1 choice of NICU professionals, hospitals and pediatricians — trusted for our unwavering commitment to quality and safety.

More than a smaller version of a Pampers diaper, Pxxs diapers are handcrafted with meticulous detail for the unique challenges of caring for infants born under 500 grams. Pxxs diapers are made for extremely premature and underdeveloped skin, using premium soft materials to help prevent skin abrasions. The diaper has soft, smooth materials that glide; is thin and flexible with appropriate proportions to enable healthy positioning; and has other features like dual-ended re-fastenable tabs to allow the baby to be changed in any position to help promote the sleep that they need.

For over 25 years, Pampers has partnered with March of Dimes to improve maternal and infant health outcomes everywhere. As a part of the Pxxs announcement, during World Prematurity Awareness Month in November, Pampers is continuing its commitment to the advancement of care for the most vulnerable babies with a donation to the March of Dimes NICU Family Support® program. This program provides education, comfort and life-changing guidance for more than 50,000 families each year as they navigate the challenges of a newborn’s stay in the NICU.
