Thorne to Join P&G Health Care Portfolio

Acquisition strengthens P&G's ability to serve growing consumer demand for science-backed, practitioner-trusted wellness solutions

Today, P&G shared its intention to acquire Thorne, a leading science-driven wellness company known for its high-quality supplements and personalized health solutions backed by health care practitioners.

The acquisition would expand P&G Health Care's ability to meet growing consumer interest in self-care, prevention and personalized wellness — areas where trusted science, product quality and practitioner credibility increasingly matter.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Closing is expected later in calendar year 2026.
