Winning in North America starts with unleashing the potential of our people and executing P&G's Integrated Growth Strategy every day.

Winning starts with people.

As P&G works to strengthen performance and accelerate growth in North America, our focus is clear: create superior value for consumers and customers while building the capabilities and culture needed to sustain growth for the long term.

That work is led by Mindy Sherwood, President of North America and Chief Sales Officer, through a framework that connects everyday decisions and actions to P&G's broader Integrated Growth Strategy.

At its core, that strategy is built on five interconnected elements: a strong portfolio where performance drives brand choice, superiority that wins with consumers, productivity that fuels investment, constructive disruption, and an empowered, agile and accountable organization.

These strategic choices are further strengthened through targeted interventions focused on putting the consumer first, transforming brand building, building more holistic retail partnerships and driving stronger core execution with bigger, more impactful innovation.

In North America, strategy comes to life through people. That’s why we’re fostering an unleashed culture that empowers teams to be fast learners and bold doers who translate P&G's growth strategy into action for consumers, retail customers and communities every day.

Creating a Culture Where Every Voice Matters

The retail landscape continues to evolve rapidly as consumers discover, shop and engage with brands in new ways.

Winning in this environment requires teams to stay close to consumers, learn quickly, challenge assumptions and turn insights into action. It requires people who are willing to experiment, learn from successes and setbacks, and apply those lessons with speed.

This mindset encourages teams to rethink traditional approaches, embrace new ways of working and continually improve how we serve consumers and customers.

It also means working seamlessly across functions, categories and organizations. The strongest solutions rarely come from a single individual or capability. They emerge when diverse perspectives come together to solve real consumer and customer needs.

When people are empowered to contribute their ideas and act on what they learn, organizations move faster, innovate more effectively and create stronger results.

Turning Strategy and Culture Into Business Impact

Across North America, teams are demonstrating what it looks like to bring the Integrated Growth Strategy to life.

At a recent North America employee Town Hall, six teams were recognized for delivering results that reflect the behaviors and capabilities needed to win in today's marketplace.

The Total Category Awards recognized U.S. Personal Health Care and Canada Home Care for delivering sustained share growth. These teams demonstrated the power of winning with superiority through innovation, execution and a relentless focus on serving consumers better every day.

The Total Customer Awards honored P&G’s Walgreens and Dollarama teams for driving sustained growth through strong partnerships. Their success reflects P&G's emphasis on building more holistic partnerships with retailers, creating shared value and delivering superior experiences for shoppers.

North America also introduced the new Arena Awards, inspired by the belief that progress often comes from teams willing to step into challenging situations, take smart risks and learn quickly. The first recipients, U.S. Sam's Club and U.S. Grooming, were recognized for embracing new ways of working, learning fast and accelerating decision-making.

While each team's journey is different, their successes are grounded in the same fundamentals: understanding consumers, building strong customer partnerships, leveraging innovation, working collaboratively and acting boldly to create superior value.

These are the very principles at the heart of P&G's Integrated Growth Strategy.

Building the Future of Growth

The opportunity ahead for North America is not simply to celebrate success, but to scale it.

By learning from the teams leading the way and applying those lessons across categories, customers and functions, North America will continue to strengthen execution of P&G's strategy. Whether through consumer-first thinking, stronger retail partnerships, transformative innovation or faster learning, every team plays a role in driving sustainable growth.

A winning culture is how strategy becomes reality.

When leaders set the direction, our people bring it to life. And when empowered people execute P&G's Integrated Growth Strategy with excellence, they create the growth, innovation and value that help consumers, customers and P&G continue to win together.
