Our Actions

Through collaboration with expert organizations, we develop long lasting partnerships and programs that enable our brands and our people to have sustained impact that can help economies grow, businesses thrive, and communities flourish. Among several areas we’re focused on are removing barriers to education for girls and creating economic opportunities for women through programs and policy advocacy.

International Day of Women and Girls in Science

Girl Up is an organization that’s bridging the gender gap in STEM fields and helping inspire the next generation of women scientists. For International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we invited a group of Girl Up leaders to join us for a STEM immersion day at our largest Research & Development center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The young women met and learned from the women innovators behind the products they love, while also having the opportunity to share their own insights and perspectives with P&G scientists.

Voices that Inspire

Through our Vital Voices Partnership, the Voices That Inspire program supports young women making a positive impact in their communities within Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama. Through this program, P&G and Vital Voices aim to increase the opportunities, leadership capacity, network, and resources for young women changemakers.

Growing Opportunities for Women

CARE and P&G’s partnership focuses on education and economic opportunities for women and girls as well as improving access to safe drinking water and proper hygiene. In Vietnam, we’ve collaborated on Women’s Economic Empowerment projects utilizing CARE’s proven Village Savings and Loan platform. P&G has also supported CARE’s leadership skills building programs for adolescent girls in India.
