Stanislav Vecera

President, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa

Stanislav (Standa) Vecera leads P&G’s operations in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMA) — 17,000 diverse employees serving consumers with superior products and services in more than 100 countries.

As one of the first P&G employees in the Czech Republic, his home country, Standa began his career as a regional sales representative and from there, built a truly global career of growing businesses and organizations across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.

Beginning in 2015, he led P&G Japan, the Company’s largest market in AMA, to growth despite significant external challenges including the Covid-19 pandemic. He transformed the market operations through strong organization development, go-to-market capability reinvention and through further expansion of P&G’s leadership brands.

Standa spent the first half of his P&G career in various sales roles in Europe, North America and Asia. He later transitioned into General Management roles in Nigeria and South Africa. An inspirational and passionate business and organization leader, Standa’s influence is also visible through his advocacy and personal leadership within the Company’s equality and inclusion, environmental sustainability and employee health and well-being efforts.
