GABLE, P&G’s LGBTQ+ global employee resource group, was established in 1994 with the goal of creating an inclusive environment where LGBTQ+ employees feel valued, accepted, and can fully focus on their contributions to the success of our business as their authentic self. GABLE currently spans more than 50 countries with over 5,000 LGBTQ+ and ally members worldwide.
Out of the Shadows
’Out of the Shadows’ tells the story of a group of gay and lesbian employees at P&G’s Cincinnati headquarters who bravely joined forces to fight for equal rights in the workplace in the early 1990s.
