Over 1,500 employees participate in one of P&G’s Disability Employee Support Groups. These Employee Resource Groups play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining talent and providing a platform for employees to feel seen and valued, as well as grow contributions to our business.

From groups focusing on chronic pain to mental health, our support groups foster a culture of belonging for all employees and enable genuine connections, which in turn inspire a better understanding of the consumers we serve.

We are on a journey to make our attraction and selection process accessible and inclusive for all talents including people with disabilities, training recruiters to be disability confident and reduce bias, with the aspiration to deliver a superior candidate experience for all.
