Adam Graham, CIO, North America Home Care

Adam Graham has played a pivotal role in cultivating an AI mindset within P&G, paving the way for novel and forward-thinking approaches. As of today, Graham has instructed and empowered over 1,600 P&G employees to become more proficient using AI technology in their respective roles to increase their impact.

Jen Aberilla, Planning Transformation, Asia Pacific Supply, Singapore

A supply chain leader, Jen Aberilla is known for her digital technology strengths, such as the Touchless Supply Solution, which reads complex supply chain and operations data to rapidly manage demands and risks across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, enabling faster decisions and supply availability on the shelf. Her groundbreaking work is fostering grassroots-level digital fluency for P&G employees and has produced more than 600 Citizen Developers in Product Supply AMA, expanding capability for incremental value creation that drives market growth in the region.

Junie Demange, Europe Digital Commerce, Supply Chain

Sustainability is core to Junie Demange’s work, informing her mission as she optimized and improved the design and delivery of cost-effective packaging throughout P&G. As the global lead for the company’s “fit to win product and packaging” endeavor, Demange worked with Amazon so 58 percent of orders with only one item shipped without an Amazon box. Further, she helped remove over 5 million cartons from the shipping process, delivering items in original P&G packaging, “a big sustainability impact,” she says.

Lily Sun, Senior Director, R&D Discovery and Innovation Platform, China

Through her work with the Connected Home Research Platform, Sun and her colleagues use AI models to translate P&G’s consumer data into new insights and concepts. The goal? Users that are better informed about the products they choose, from laundry soap to face cream, and the ability to more rapidly innovate new enhancements, products and packaging.

Across three continents, these three pathfinders — Budi Saputra, Lorenz Maierhofer and Rafal Kawala — immediately understood the power of GenAI and how it could transform P&G’s business processes from ideation to reducing costs. To date, three new products, including ChatPG, are already in use across the company with a fourth on its way, and adoption within the company has been swift. The team, committed to responsibly training employees on how to use the tools, have watched as adoption of ChatPG has grown to over 30,000 users to date.
