From the office to the lab and the manufacturing floor, our BTAs bring unique perspectives that help drive the production of superior products our consumers love. P&G’s BTAs perform administrative, technical, and other important tasks that ensure our operational success around the globe.

To help create a workplace where all employees can thrive, we’ve partnered with Catalyst’s Frontline Employee Initiative. Building on our longstanding collaboration, this new initiative focuses on impactful and scalable solutions that improve the attraction, retention, and satisfaction of frontline employees.
