GLOBAL WORKFORCE

REPRESENTATION
BY GENDER

Juliana Azevedo, President Latin America & Gender Equality Executive Sponsor

It takes a conscious effort from all of us to ensure that everyone feels represented and heard, and that they belong. An inclusive workplace is the basis to better innovate and serve all our consumers. I am personally committed to making P&G an inclusive workplace where colleagues of all genders and gender identities can be their authentic selves and achieve their full potential.

Executive Sponsor - Gender Equality

Our ability to effectively meet the needs of our consumers — over half of which are women — is enabled by a workforce that reflects the uniqueness of everyone we serve. Today we have 50% women and 50% men managers globally and aspire to drive this representation at P&G’s Global Leadership Council and Executive Leadership roles. There is still work to be done and we remain focused on driving diversity across our Business & Technical Associate roles and throughout all levels of the organization.

  • Data as of June 30, 2023 based on employees’ most recent self-identification.
  • Business & Technical Associates = employees who typically perform administrative tasks at our facilities or technical tasks at our manufacturing locations. Due to the nature of these roles, the available talent pool is more local to the areas surrounding our facilities compared to our Management positions, where the talent pools are national or global in nature.

P&G is committed to improving equality and inclusion for all in our workforce and we comply with applicable laws as we strive for that improvement. You can find our filed Federal Employer Information EEO-1 Reports representing U.S. employees here. The categories in the EEO-1 are prescribed by the federal government and do not represent how our workforce is organized or how we measure our progress. As a result, we believe the information reported above is a more useful and meaningful reflection of our Company’s diversity
