As previous President of North America, she oversaw a $43 billion business representing more than 50% of the Company’s total net sales, leading a team of 32,000 employees dedicated to serving 385 million consumers across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada, including sales, brand building, human resources, IT and supply chain (technical centers, manufacturing plants and distribution centers).

With her vast senior leadership experience, Ms. Turner has been pivotal in driving growth and value creation across 65 brands and 10 product categories. Under her stewardship, P&G North America achieved $13 billion in incremental net sales over the past 5+ fiscal years. Her strategic vision and innovative approach have consistently transformed challenges into opportunities, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Ms. Turner’s expertise spans strategy, governance, risk management, and talent development, with a strong focus on leveraging data and automation to drive business innovation.
