GLOBAL WORKFORCE

REPRESENTATION
BY GENDER

Juliana Azevedo, President Latin America & Gender Equality Executive Sponsor

It takes a conscious effort from all of us to ensure that everyone feels represented and heard, and that they belong. An inclusive workplace is the basis to better innovate and serve all our consumers. I am personally committed to making P&G an inclusive workplace where colleagues of all genders and gender identities can be their authentic selves and achieve their full potential.

Juliana Azevedo

President—Home Care and P&G Professional
Executive Sponsor—Gender Equality

Our ability to effectively meet the needs of our consumers — over half of which are women — is enabled by a workforce that reflects the uniqueness of everyone we serve. Today we have 50% women and 50% men managers globally and aspire to drive this representation at P&G’s Global Leadership Council and Executive Leadership roles. There is still work to be done and we remain focused on driving diversity across our Business & Technical Associate roles and throughout all levels of the organization.
