Earlier today at 10:30AM CEST (Central European Summer Time), P&G’s Chief Financial Officer Jon Moeller was a featured speaker at the Deutsche Bank Global Consumer Conference in Paris, France. This is one of a number of investor conferences P&G attends each year.
At this event, we presented to investors and analysts who follow companies in the consumer goods industry. We reviewed three specific areas of strategic focus for value creation:
- Superiority – impactful, meaningful advantages that earn trial and repurchase, grow markets, and build share;
- Productivity – best-in-class cost structures by category to fuel growth and value creation; and
- Organization, Culture and Accountability – experienced, agile, accountable to deliver and sustain exceptional performance.
In addition, we discussed how we are establishing a higher standard of excellence for ourselves to win—for products and packages, communication, execution in stores and online, and consumer and customer value.
