The Always/Whisper brand asked and uncovered an outrageous fact: although sport is one of the best confidence-building activities, half of girls quit sports at puberty.
As the brand championing girls’ confidence, Always/Whisper cannot accept that.
So as the world prepares to cheer on amazing athletes in Rio, Always/Whisper wants to urge, encourage and inspire girls everywhere to Keep Playing #LikeAGirl.
Today marks the unveiling of the biggest #LikeAGirl edition yet. Over 15 Olympic Athletes have joined the movement across the world to inspire girls everywhere to Keep Playing #LikeAGirl.
We're encouraging everyone to pledge that they'll Keep Playing #LikeAGirl by sending a picture, shooting a video, or tweeting using #LikeAGirl—or simply sharing the film.
Together, we can make a real change and rewrite the rules of girls in sports, one girl at a time. We can help all girls, everywhere, feel confident by encouraging them to Keep Playing #LikeAGirl.
