Plants and GO Colleagues Join Forces to Help People in Need in Hungary

In Hungary, P&G products are helping with hygiene in hospitals and promoting healthy habits and healthy home environments for thousands of families in need.

The staff at the Budapest General Offices and two plants in Hungary have stepped up to support local communities and they are focused on helping the most vulnerable. Through donations of Ariel, Lenor, Always, Tampax, Naturella, Jar, and Pampers, they are making a positive difference. These donations were made in partnership with the Hungarian Red Cross, UNICEF, Habitat for Humanity and hospitals in the Kistarcsa and Gyöngyös areas.

A Red Cross General Manager said the P&G donations will help more than 60,000 people in need, with the potential of reaching 100,000 in the coming weeks. To date, contributions totals exceed more than 96,000 products, and the total weight of these donations is more than 30,000kg.
